No there is no new system you need to learn. That is 100% optional and not required. There are some instances where clients will request the AI agent transcripts for chat for voice but that is easy to do. There is no training calls that need to happen. More of education than anything else.

Yes, while it is not something we actively promote we do offer other services. Most of our websites are designed in two specific platforms and we also help businesses gather reviews very quickly and stop bad reviews from happening.
